Boy, Melville had no idea.
With Turkey under a week away, and starting school today, I have gotten rather nervous.
Sorta nervous.
Okay, really nervous. I can't exactly pinpoint what I'm nervous about the most, because there are so many things. The flight, the school, the apartment, leaving school and friends. Boy oh boy. Yet another person we've seen today has said that Istanbul is amazing, and now, I just have to beleive it. People have been telling me that Istanbul is going to be great for a long time now, but I have relized now that all my negative feelings toward it, are just.. well, I haven't had an open mind.
Now, it's open just a crack, after reality and understanding knocked on my door. Who thought they would be so important? I've been obsessing over Turkey for so long, and now, I'm looking forward to it. But I'm still nervous. :)

So I have to admit I had used Google to make sure I picked up your Moby Dick reference... pretty sad huh. I was just making groups for the first math project and you were the group 6 leader until I realized it'll be a daunting task from Turkey... I put you on the list anyway. Have a wonderful adventure and you'll be home just in time for the spring drama production!

Okay now I'm just padding your comment stats... and correcting my grammar in that first sentence. I, of course, meant "I had to use Google..." but once I hit Publish there was nothing I could do! How embarrassing... and I call myself a teacher.
